「卡彿魯岸(ka–vulungan)」為原住民排灣族語，原意為「大拇指」，也象徵著「最高的」或「最好的」，後來排灣族的祖先們看到雄偉高聳的北大武山主峰，即以「卡彿魯岸(ka–vulungan)」命名之。作為咖啡品牌，代表著將提供來自北大武山最純淨、最好的咖啡，以頭目像作為品牌標誌，代表對品質的要求和堅持，不僅要提供最好的咖啡同時也要是高品質的精品咖啡，成為在地精品咖啡的領導者。
〝Ka–vulungan〝 is the Paiwan indigenous language. It means “the thumb” and also symbolizes 〝highest〝 and 〝the best〝. When the Paiwan ancestors see how majestic the Dawu Mountain is, they decide to give it a name as 〝ka–vulungan〝 and consider it as the sacred mountain.
“Ka–vulungan” as a coffee brand means that the requirements and persistence in quality of our coffee. We provide both of the best coffee and specialty coffee. Hoping be a professional leader in Pingtung specialty coffee industry.

The coffee trees have been planted since the Japanese colonial period in Taiwu and the flavof the coffee is mellow and sweet. Through the organic farming method, advanced coffee processing equipment and professional coffee technology, Taiwu Coffee is clean, soft, lightly acidic and well–balanced and the flavcan be multiple and the fascinating aroma can be lasting long.
2. 國宴指定咖啡
黃金比例調配，入口帶有輕柔水果酸與花草香，並帶有淡淡草本香氣，尾段有獨特的烏龍茶口感，整體柔順高雅。此款咖啡獲得2012年總統府國慶晚宴咖啡指定用豆。

3. 咖啡葉茶
根據英國皇家植物園學者研究，咖啡葉中含有大量的抗氧化分子–綠原酸，有助於提振精神、思緒更清晰，咖啡葉茶咖啡因含量低，茶湯擁有淺紅的琥珀色，淡淡的茉莉香，喝起來像玄米茶與麥茶，可以長久浸泡，不造成苦澀，且咖啡葉茶餘韻甘甜綿長，並增加玫瑰花和薄荷口味，玫瑰香氣濃郁；薄荷清涼解膩。
According to a study by Aaron Davies, a researcher at the Royal Botanic Gardens in London, it was discovered in the report in 19th century that coffee leaves contain many antioxidants, such as chlorogenic acid, are much higher than coffee, green tea and black tea. Antioxidants can immediately alleviate hunger and fatigue, while clarifying brain thinking, clearing up the mind and boosting the spirit.
