正利航業股份有限公司成立於1971年，總公司設於高雄市，當年以「國利輪」經營高雄香港航線，並於台北設立辦事處從事代理外籍航商推展國內船員外雇作業。1982年12月遷至台北市，為了以更密集的航點、更穩定的船期服務客戶，於1984年開始陸續開闢泰國、日本、韓國、印尼等航線，並為了提供客戶更安全便捷的海運運送服務，於1988~1999年投入巨資興建船舶及建造數量龐大的貨櫃加入營運。 隨著中國大陸經濟崛起，自2001年開始陸續開闢中國大陸到台灣及東南亞等各地航線，並成為亞洲近洋航線的專業航商。
全球第三大航商，法國達飛航運公司(CMA CGM Group)看好亞洲近洋航線的發展，遂於2007年購併本公司，正利航業成為達飛集團旗下專營亞洲區間航線的子公司，在集團資源共享下，本公司近年業務積極成長，去年更創下30%的業績成長。
Founded in 1971, Cheng Lie Navigation Company (CNC Line) is one of Taiwan’s leading intra-Asia carriers. In 2007, CNC Line was purchased by CMA CGM and today is a fully integrated subsidiary of the Group.
CNC Line’s expertise in Asia, combined with the global resources of the CMA CGM Group means effective service to customers. A fully integrated online booking system under INTTRA as well as Track and Trace packages through the website, are available. CNC Line’s modern reefer fleet is one of the newest and delivers the freshest service for controlled temperature or atmosphere requirements.
The CNC Line head office is located in the heart of Taipei and is regionally represented by agencies throughout Asia. CNC Line’s service network covers Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
With a growth of over 30% in 2010, CNC Line is expanding. Services, port coverage and fleet size are continually increasing to meet growing market demand.
