本公司成立於1992年，主要從事鋼鐵原料、副原料之專業銷售與貿易。
早期積極參與國內重要建設，以提供營造用鋼筋為業務主力，後因市場趨勢所需，
擴大進出口煉鋼用廢鐵供各大國際鋼廠使用；近年來更積極開發其他原物料如：煤鐵礦等，滿足客戶所有需求。
本公司為經濟部國貿局前五百大進出口績優廠商。
其據點包含越南、柬埔寨、緬甸、新加坡、大陸、蒙古，深耕亞洲各國。
本著多角化經營的理念，於2014年成立農業部門，並於2015年成立台北辦公室，新增電商平台做為銷售通路並成為台灣網商會會員。
2016年開始代理法國精品葡萄酒。
