味一的主要銷售產品有魚鬆和素香鬆，而魚鬆有旗魚、鮪魚、鮭魚、鱈魚4種系列，分別都有原味及海苔芝麻兩種口味。 以下為海苔素香鬆和鮪魚鬆的產品介紹： 1.海苔素香鬆採用非基改黃豆，無添加任何人工色素、防腐劑、味精。而經過拌炒，讓它散發香氣與口感酥脆。很適合每位素食者。 2.鮪魚鬆: 我們選用的魚貨，通過國際標準的安全檢驗，如生菌數、組織胺、重金屬:汞、鉛、鎘等檢驗數值皆符合規範。堅持不添加人工色素、人工防腐劑或味精，口感溫潤，纖維細緻，不論是做為早餐稀飯、夾麵包、饅頭、便當配飯或是搭配壽司等等，絕對都是最佳選擇。
