A9500N is one of the smallest NB–IoT modules in LCC castellation packaging with the compact size of 24.0 × 26.0 × 2.3mm, ultra low power consumption and extended temperature range. Designed fuse in NB–IoT network, A9500N enables connect to the Internet at DL and UL data speed up to 200kbps.
