本公司為德國 B/S/H/ 集團之在台分公司。 B/S/H/ 為BOSCH及SIEMENS所共同合資之家庭電器製造商；品牌包括BOSCH, GAGGENAU及SIEMENS等。
旗下品牌Bosch 家電在台灣耕耘已二十多年 (透過代理商). 今年五月一日，B/S/H/ 集團正式在台成立分公司擴大對台灣市場的服務。
