威晶集團於2006年進軍LED行業，與客戶共同開發生産可供MOCVD機臺使用的消耗性零件。並與臺灣最大的LED晶片製造企業(臺灣晶元光電股份有限公司)建立良好的合作關系。
威晶電子(上海)有限公司成立於2002年，從事半導體消耗性零件及LED機臺消耗性材料的在中國大陸的銷售及售後服務工作。公司位於上海外高橋保稅區內。

Moreco Technology Inc. was established in 1993 in the US to operation principally in the sales of consumable parts. Since then, Moreco has adopted sales for applications for the Semiconductor Fab and Semiconductor manufacture facilities related products . Over the years, We have strategically placed worldwide representatives to better serve our customers. Therefore, Moreco Group of Companies was established for the betterment of our customers and clients in different parts of the world.
