在忙碌的生活中，人們對於飲食總是選擇時下風行的速食文化，與其背道而馳的義大利餐廳主要的宗旨卻是「慢食」。義大利提倡健康的飲食方式，「慢食」是希望人們可以靜下心來，在啜飲美酒的同時，細細品味每一道料理，像是對每道料理致上最高敬意。
Alfredo Ristorante Italiano就是在這個飲食理念下誕生，主廚Alfredo精心準備融合了義大利與西西里的經典菜餚。我們拒絕使用冷凍調理食品，並且秉持義大利的料理傳統：新鮮的食材、簡單
的料理、100％的義大利產品。

In contrast to the modern trends that promote fast–food, the Italian restaurant in our day is related to the idea of slow food. Inverse to the common practice of the hasty consumption of meals, Italian cuisine proposes to bring back the healthier way of eating. Slow food means to take your time to savdishes to the utmost while sipping a fine wine, as an homage to the meal.
From this concept was born Alfredo Ristorante Italiano, whose menu offers classic dishes of the Italian and Sicilian gastronomic culture prepared by chef Alfredo. Our dishes are made without the use of pre–packaged frozen products, but along the lines of Italian tradition: fresh ingredients, simple recipes, 100％ Italian products.

In contrasto con le tendenze moderne che impongono il fast–food, la ristorazione Italiana ai giorni nostri è legata all’idea di slow–food, che si contrappone alla pratica diffusa del consumo frettoloso dei pasti e propone il recupero di un‘
alimentazione più genuina. Slow–food vuol dire prendersi il proprio tempo per poter gustare piatti a regola d’arte sorseggiando un buon vino, per ridare il giusto valore al cibo.
Da questo concetto nasce Alfredo Ristorante Italiano, il cui menù propone piatti classici della cultura gastronomica Italiana e Siciliana, realizzati da chef Alfredo, senza l’ausilio di prodotti preconfezionati o surgelati, ma seguendo le linee della tradizione Italiana: ingredienti freschi, ricette semplici, prodotti 100％ Italiani.
