K-One Marketing was founded in 1997 and had incorporated K-One Industries Pte Ltd and Visio Care Pte Ltd in Singapore in Nov 2005 and 2007 respectively (100％ Singaporean-owned). Our company started in specialising in packaging design, machineries and specialty materials. We have been through many challenges to achieve the following;
1997 - We developed for one of the largest condom manufacturers an Eco-pack packaging by replacing their conventional paper boxes and leaflets with automated roll-film using reverse printing of the instruction manual. The revolutionized design and engineering has saved substantial packaging and transportation cost which would spare millions of trees. This innovative packaging helps to save costs and environmentally-friendly.
2005 - We were appointed to provide technical maintenance service support to one of the leading Airline Caterers for their entire wares washing plant. This maintenance service provided them with full operational capabilities and efficiency.
2009 - Airlines kitchens have been relying on several types of dish-washing machines to perform a single washing job. When the leading airlines announced the purchase of the larger aircrafts i.e. A380, the dish-washing machines capacity have to also provide the required increase. Effectively we developed our Eco-dishwasher to the local Airline Caterer which was immediately adopted for its innovation, compactness and in increasing the productivity with substantial saving.
We filed for patent and delivered the world’s first Multi-purpose Ultra-sonic Eco-Dishwashing system to our customer. Our eco-dishwasher was subjected to stringent test and recorded more than 50％ saving in operating costs. We achieved the recognition for our invention from NEA. Our success story was featured by Channel News Asia under “SAVING GAIA” programme.
2010 - We received another prestigious recognition from PUB for our innovation in environmental-care. We are also the first local company and probably the first Asian company to penetrate into the Inflight Dishwashing industry which is predominantly dominated by the European manufacturers. This success has provided us with the opportunity to go global.
2011 - We successfully upgraded and commissioned our first waste-water treatment plant for our customer that helps to increase the capacity by 50％ and enabled them to recycle the water for reuse. Reusing waste-water was not possible prior to our upgrading using our innovative environmental-friendly solutions.
2014 - We delivered our automated Flexible Assembly Line (Model FAL) system to improve productivity and reduce labour.
