We are the ship repairer and spare parts & stores supplier in Taiwan area. We offer our customers the best service and the best price for the ship's repair and spare parts & stores supply. - (I)Ship Repair
A.Electric Machinery & Equipment :
1.Making or repairing the Switch Board or control panel for various machineries, i.e. hydraulic pump, bow thruster, water pumps, air conditioner, refrigerator and the other machinery or auxiliary boiler.
2.Repairing, renting or selling the Diesel Generators
3.Repairing the ship’s electric machinery or equipment , including the rewinding of motor and transformer, electric appliance, horn speaker, telecommunication system, alarm system, lighting equipment, etc.
4.Calibrating the rudder angle indicator, wind indicator, main engine tachometer and the various electric meters, etc.
5.Carrying out megger test for electric machinery, appliance and lighting system.
B.Machinery & Equipment :
1.Reconditioning the parts of main engine, including cylinder cover, piston crown, exhaust valve spindle & seat, exhaust valve cage, fuel injector, intercooler, turbocharger and the various valves, etc.
2.Repairing the pumps, air compressor, air conditioner, refrigerator, windlass, auxiliary boiler, cooler, etc.
C.Hydraulic Oil Machinery & Equipment :
1.Troubleshooting of the hydraulic oil system.
2.Repair or supply of the hydraulic motors, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic oil jacks,.etc.
D.Steel Work :
1.Repairing or renewing the shell plating, tank top plate, bulbous bow, wave breaker, frames, hatch cover, hatch coaming, derrick, deck crane,accommodation ladder, inner structure in double bottom and the other steel structure of the ships, etc.
2.Repairing or rearranging the piping system.
(II) Ship’s Stores and Parts :
We can supply the various stores for the Deck Department, Engine Department and Steward Department, etc. of your good ships at any ports in Taiwan. Actually we can provide nearly every item of stores mentioned on ISSA ( International Ship Stores Association ) Book.
We make and supply the new parts for main engine ( inlet and outlet casings for turbocharger, exhaust valve cage, fuel injection pump, etc. ), auxiliary engine and the other various machineries, etc.
We also supply the brand new or secondhand diesel generator, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and electric motor, etc.
(III) Annual Inspection & Re-Service for Life Rafts and CO2 System, etc.
(IV)Authorized Agency :
We are the authorized agent of the famous boiler maker Miura Protec Co., Ltd. and the deck machinery maker Nippon Pusnes Co., Ltd. in Taiwan area.
