本公司成立於民國61年5月1日，初成立時以「全洲股份有限公司」設立於台北市民權東路。民國71年因業務擴充，遷移至台北市民族東路2號7樓，並改名為「逢德實業股份有限公司」。 後來遷移至 台北市中山北路三段30號9樓之3

have been the leading manufacturer and exporters for rainwear and general plastic merchandise. Franz Chen founded the company in 1972 in Taipei, Taiwan. Since then, we have also incorporated garments, camouflage fabrics and more sundry merchandises made of textile into our product lines. Nowadays, we have more than 10 joint-ventured or partnered factories manufacturing the above-mentioned items, located in both China and Thailand. Although our headquarters is still in Taipei, the absolute major production bases are all offshore, thus serving our customers with more competitive prices, bigger capacities and shorter leadtime. Our companies are the embodiment of international orientation, quick-response and professionalism. We have been using 2 companies in different names (Fronter and Galafront) to serve different group of customers who carry different products.
Our services cover from sourcing, design and developing, order details follow-ups, quick-response on daily correspondences to confirm all details and providing technical advices…etc. We follow up bulk production seamlessly. We have on-site QC team to carry out inspections from materials and accessories, through production on-line, to final inspection. Since quality is our bottom line, we make sure the bulk quality at different stages. We also follow up shipments and work with forwarder closely. Any issue that comes up; it would be handled at the first timing. The after sale services is also taken care, if any issue, it would be investigated throughly for problem solving.
