Kooapps LLC, was born in the fall of 2008, right after Apple released their SDK, with one developer’s vision of building a SAT flashcard application for the iPhone. This project was the first of its kind and would be ranked as one of the top 5 education apps for many months to come. Shortly thereafter, the founder thought of expanding the company to the Philippines with a small group of people who shared the same passion in games with a dream of creating a mark in the industry. Kooapps has now evolved into a company with more than 30 employees and has produced over 30 mobile games/applications while USA HQ currently run by a group of Stanford University alumnae, with extensive experience in software development. Kooapps expanded into Taiwan late 2012 in search for like minded partners to realize its vision.
Kooapps LLC -成立於美國2008年蘋果iphone發表 iOS SDK時。 成立時的第一個app就是iPhone上SAT英文字卡，此app快速的成為app store 教育類的前五名, 並維持了數個月之久。2009年，Kooapps 因菲律賓英文語言上的優勢選擇了菲律賓設立分公司，剛開始時是由幾個對線上遊戲充滿熱情的小團隊組成, 在短時間內已快速成長至員工已有30人的公司,且發行了超過30個遊戲和應用軟體。美國總公司目前也全由一群在業界有經驗的史丹佛大學畢業生領導,他們都曾工作於一流的軟體和娛樂公司像是微軟，夢工廠，PlayFirst。 2012年底Kooapps成立台灣分公司“遊悅科技”並開始尋找志同道合的夥伴, 希望能製作世上最好玩的線上遊戲,一起將玩遊戲的快樂分享到國際的每個角落 。
