恆春鎮農會獨有的洋蔥醬油原料選自於恆春的洋蔥及恆春原生種的小黑豆。每年落山風的強勁吹拂使洋蔥蔥桿受風倒伏,養分便囤積在球莖上,淬煉出風味甘美的洋蔥。而恆春的黑豆耐鹽又耐風,採自然耕法,無使用農藥就能健康成長,其顆粒雖小,但豆味濃郁厚實。這兩者結合創造出口感甘甜可口的洋蔥醬油。
The raw onion sauce oil of Hengchun Township Farmers‘ Association is selected from the onion of Hengchun and the small black beans of Hengchun native species. Every year, the strong wind blowing of the mountain wind makes the onion poles fall by the wind, and the nutrients accumulate on the bulbs, and the sweet onions are refined. Hengchun‘s black beans are salt–tolerant and wind–resistant. They are naturally cultivated and can grow healthily without the use of pesticides. The granules are small, but the beans are rich and thick. The combination of the two creates a sweet and delicious onion sauce fexport.
