 BEAN TO BAR是巧克力精品化的概念,在全世界已經開始形成一股風潮,就像精品咖啡一樣從品種、種植、發酵、烘豆到成品,我們嚴選關注各個細節、精選種植地、品種、品質最好的可可豆,藉由精緻工藝化的製程,呈現精品可可豆天然的最佳風味,同時也保留了可可豆完整的有益人體的健康成份。



 KAKAWA提倡現今「天然食物級」比過去「加工食品級」的可可產品具有更佳的香氣、口感、健康等價值,與中美洲合作的可可莊園則提供優良中美原生品種。



 未來將透過品種、技術合作與知識交流帶動適合台灣栽種的在地可可產業,提供更好的製造設備、降低傳統製程中設備昂貴、高人力成本、高營運成本與高庫存壓力。達成提升在地農業、現有市場產品革新、潛在市場開發與未來市場研發為目標。



  BEAN TO BAR is a concept of chocolate refinement which has been a trend in the world. Same as gourmet coffee, we are strict to every detail from cultivated places, variety and quality fhigh-class cocoa. By elaborate process, it not only present the best flavof premium natural cocoa but keep the nutrition which is beneficial fpeople’s health.



  KAKAWA believes that the quality of flavor, taste and health from natural cocoa products is higher than processed one. we cooperate with Central American cocoa manwhere provides superiheirloom.

In the future, we will promote the cocoas that are suitable to be cultivated in Taiwan by variety and technology cooperation and knowledge exchange.

Moreover, we will provide better production equipment to lower the excessive cost of traditional machines, labors, operation and stock pressure.

Our goal is to advance native agriculture, innovate current products, develop potential market and research ffuture market.
