理念:
1982起我們致力於台灣教育界已長達三十年, 這段期間我們設立了不同階段的教育機構，包括幼稚園，安親班，兒童美語，國中高中文理補習班，也因此有機會教導了數千位學生, 從幼稚園幼兒，國小，國中，到高中。 每位學生就如同我們的孩子看著長大，從一開始頑皮搗蛋的小頑童，到現在長大變成成熟穩重的已有小孩的家長。也因為如此，對於教育，我們擁有很多的經驗與想法。近期發現台灣社會發生的需多問題根源是來自於教育。甚至越來越多國中國小上課無法專心, 學習力差, 價值觀偏差，甚至種種的行為問題而讓他們父母非常頭痛。這情況讓我們了解幼兒教育與培養良好習慣的重要性。 良好的教育要從幼兒開始扎根，這句話對於旅居加拿大，觀察西方教育十幾年的我們有很深的感觸。 抱著改善幼兒教育理念，也希望能夠回故鄉盡一點心力，我們毅然而然的決定在現在嬰兒出生率普遍低的時候從國外回來重新投入幼兒教育。在參觀了無數間國內外的幼兒園, 融合東西方教育優點, 我們自信的說我們知道如何教育幼兒，培養正確的生活觀念。我們希望台灣的下一代真的能夠不僅能夠開心的度過童年, 也能在這個黃金時期, 培養出良好的國際觀, 人格特質與生活習慣,。這些無形的資產將會在他們往後的道路上幫助他們, 創造出屬於自己的世界

Happy Bear Kindergarten firmly believes that education is more than just the information on textbooks. Instead we want our children themselves to explore, experience, and find about this world using a variety of fully designed programs and lessons such as role plays, game activities, music singing, and so on. Each little bear here has opportunities to learn how to get along with people including parents and friends. At the same time, our children are also trained to be independent, not afraid of failures and problems, and flexible with changes. These attributes are valuable asset for our children in the future.
與加拿大幼稚園教學合作，結合國內外幼兒教學特色，讓外國老師用英文與您的孩子交朋友。最好的美語教學，不是單方面的背單子，而是將英文融入幼兒生活，讓語言在自然的情況下學習，延伸至真實的生活層面，成為一種習慣，就像呼吸一樣。我們有自信Happy Bear 快樂熊幼兒園每一個小熊熊，在這裡過得快快樂樂的，出來後將會是優秀且具競爭力的世界村公民。 In co-operation with the kindergartens in Canada, we are able to integrate our own early childhood education with western learning. Our kids have valuable chances to actually talk to the local teachers and interact with local children in Canada. In this manner, children are able to use actually apply the English they learn and make friends with people from a different country and culture. There is no better way to learn English than this interaction. We are confident to say that each of our children has an enjoyable time here and will have a bright and promising future.
