律慈國際有限公司創立於1999年，致力於節能環保綠色商品之開發與生產，2003年設立節能照明事業單位，成為台灣市場T5照明系統的供應商之ㄧ，有鑑於全球LED照明市場的快速成長與需求，2007年始組成研發團隊，專研於LED照明燈具之設計與市場推廣。
我們的多款燈具獲得台灣政府的MIT節能標章認證，同時獲得全球各地許多通路廠商的支持，事業版圖持續穩健成長中。
Riiz International Co., Ltd., since our establishment in 1999, has been specializing in the manufacture of quality green energy solutions. We satisfy our customers by delivering T5 fluorescent systems, LED lighting systems and various energy-saving products of consistently high quality within the agreed price and delivery schedule.
Our head office is located in Taipei, Taiwan and integrates our administration, R&D, manufacture, sales and marketing groups. In order to fulfill international client requirements our products conform to the industry standards - CE, RoHS, and UL when our factory has acquired ISO9001 certification. Our aim is to provide environmental friendly products that achieve a commercially acceptable combination of energy efficacy and aesthetic quality.
1999年03月 設立 律慈資訊有限公司。
1999年04月 成立 電腦及印表機檢修中心。
1999年05月 成立HP全省展示機之倉儲物流管理中心。
2003年03月 簽定HP門市商化人員派遣管理合約。
2007年06月 成立照明事業部，成為台灣光屋服務站，推廣節能照明設備。
2008年08月 成立幻知曲乳膠寢具系列產品倉儲管理中心，並代理專案銷售。
2008年11月 更名為「律慈國際有限公司」與麗揚電機推出金牌菲力克系列照明。
